By using Baccare you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any learner you add. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of Baccare.

The service

Baccare provides practice activities, printable notes, progress tracking, and an AI homework helper for kindergarten through 6th grade. Content is aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) as published by the Texas Education Agency. Baccare is an independent supplement to classroom and home learning. It is not a school, not a curriculum of record, and not affiliated with or endorsed by TEA or any school district.

Ask Bacc

The AI helper can make mistakes. It is designed to give hints and explanations, not to complete assignments. Review its answers with your child. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, safety, or emergency information.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free. The Family plan is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from Plan & billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, share account access with people outside your household, scrape content, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content

Activities, notes, and the Bacc character are owned by Brigade Management, Inc. You may print materials for personal, non-commercial family use.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brigade Management, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in Collin County, Texas.
