3rd grade Math
Third grade math centers on multiplication and division facts, fractions with denominators 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8, place value to 100,000, area and perimeter, telling time to the minute, and reading and making graphs. Fluency with facts to 10 × 10 is the year's biggest goal.

Practice facts in short bursts, five minutes a day, not one long session. Cook together: halves and fourths of a cup are fractions your child can see and taste.
